This house is a Queen Anne, a style popular from 1880-1910. Queen Anne's are noted for their irregular shaped roofs with several cross gables, textured shingles, asymmetrical floor plans, and bright paint jobs. This house was owned by Albert and Helen Meyer, who owned the Meyer Music House at 17th w. 8th Street, according to the 1910 Holland Directory.
