Centennial Park Fountain

This green space was originally the market square for the town. In 1876, it became a park to commemorate
the 100th Anniversary of American Independence. The fountain itself was donated by Tenuis Van Houten in 1902. It is a coral rock structure that stands 20 feet tall and is 12 feet in diameter and was designed by Johannes Van Lente.
