Meet the Speaker

Mary Ellen Miner received a BA from Hope College and an MA from Calvin University. Her last 20 years of teaching were spent at Grand Rapids Christian High School. In retirement she traveled overseas, volunteered for the National Park service, and spent winters on a pre-Civil War fort in Texas. She was introduced to so many stories and so much history that she wanted to share them with family and friends through her digital presentations. She is a tour guide for the Holland Museum and Tulip Time.
