Join the Holland Museum for the annual celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. During this free day, enjoy crafts in the Spark!Lab Smithsonian in addition to our winter-themed STEAM activities. Watch and listen to Innocademy students recite MLK’s “I Have a Dream” speech and recordings from the National Civil Rights Museum. Wander the galleries with a scavenger hunt looking for interesting facts about inventors of color. Martin Luther King, Jr. scavenger hunt participants will be entered to win a children’s book about Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life and his teachings.
